Best Memorial Award

The team of 2nd year LL.B. students, Malathi V and Jothirajan K, the Speakers and Priya R, the Researcher secured the Best Memorial Award at the State Level Moot Court Competition - 2024 organised by School of Excellence in Law, Chennai.

One Day National Conference

Students of KMC College of Law, Tirupur, Mr. Jothi Rajan K, Mr. Kannan P and Mr. Karalmarx N of 2nd year, LL.B. presented their papers in the 1st One Day National Conference on the topic ‘Right to Justice in India - Contemporary Issues, Challenges and the Road Ahead’ conducted by Saraswathy Law College, Thindivanam.

Papers of Mr. Kannan P and Mr. Jothi Rajan K have been selected among the 48 teams that participated, as one of the best and original papers and have been published in the Saraswathy Law College Journal.

District Level Oratorical and Essay Writing Competitions

The Tamil Nadu State Judicial Academy conducted oratorical and essay writing competitions on the topic, ‘empower the future – protection of the rights of children.’ Ms. Suwathiga M, first year B.A. LL.B. student wins first price in oratorical competition. Mr. Roshan A and Mrs. Priya R, first year LL.B. students win the essay writing. The prizes were awarded by the Principal District Judge, Tirupur.

State Level Essay Writing Competition

Ms. Kokila, first year LL.B. student wins first prize in state level essay writing competition conducted by High Court of Madras and Tamil Nadu State Judicial Academy as a part of Republic Day Celebrations. Students who won first place in the district level essay writing competitions participated in the state level competition. KMC proudly congratulates the winner.

National Criminal Investigation Competition and Workshop

6 teams participated in the 1st National Criminal Investigation Workshop and Competition conducted by The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. Students learnt how to gather evidence without tampering them and they gained exposure to the criminal investigation procedure.

Inter College Cultural Fests

Students bag numerous prizes in the inter college cultural fest, Fiestaa ’23 at KPR Institutions, Coimbatore. They won first and second prizes in Town Hall Meeting, Tamil Oratory and Poetry, Mehandi and Rangoli competitions.

Photography Competition

Ms. Jaswanthigaa SMK and Mr. Kannan P, first year LL.B. students won first and second prizes respectively in photography competition on the theme ‘city life’ in Hilaricas ’23, an inter college cultural fest at Hindustan Arts and Science College, Coimbatore. Students participated in other competitions as well.

Mock Court competition

Students from B.A. LL.B. and LL.B. secured first place in the Mock Court competition on traffic violation case at Chakra Mega Youth Fest held at Rathinam Arts and Science College, Coimbatore.

Thirukural Speech Competition

Students participated in Tirukural speech competiton in Pecharangam - 2023, an inter college speech competition at Central Law College, Salem.

April 13th – 14th, 2023

Three-Day Court Visit

Three-day visit to the Tirupur District Court where the students get to witness the different court proceedings and also interact and have question and answer sessions with the Judges. The students get the first-hand experience of the court and law.
